Back-up wordpress
It’s good practise to back-up your wordpress site from time to time. You can do this from within wordpress itself with a “plug-in”. In my experience the plug-ins I've used have not been up to the task so I would recommend backing up your wordpress site via FTP then making a back-up of the associated MySql database via your servers control panel.
